Multifamily Live Is A Community, A Family.

Today we wanted to bring you some of the amazing content we are sharing with the couple hundred multifamily investors in attendance.

During Multifamily Live, Pili and Jason Discussed Team Building. 

Here are some key takeaways from their presentation:

• You are a part of this amazing group (Multifamily Live and 7 Figure Flipping, etc), even if you are new, you are a part of a family, part of a community. 
• Invest in a place where other people want to be, a place where people want to live. Hence, why we moved to Tennessee and started investing in and around Nashville.
• Nothing stops you from getting started but you. What is stopping you? 
• Before you set that goal you have to figure out the WHY. Why must you do this, why do you want this, why set the goals? 
• We started to be able to spend more time with our children and family. They are a huge part of what we do and why we do what we do. We looked at our kids today and realized that we had to control our time. What better way to be financially free than to get into multifamily and be able to spend more time with our family. Our why’s (children) are now asking us why. Isn’t this such an amazing full-circle moment? They are at the age they can realize that we make these places better for people to live in. 
• We did not get here alone. Our road is not walked alone, we’ve traveled together. You need to surround yourself with like-minded people. During this event, we are filled with like-minded people in the multifamily world. It is all about relationships and partnerships. It is about the people that we meet. Just reach out and ask the questions.
